This option is for existing clients who need brief written remedy and case-management support by email, where a full consultation is not required.
 
It may be suitable if you have been asked to send an update, or if you need a review of your current remedy response, clarification around potency or repetition, or guidance about the next appropriate step.
 
This review may include reading your notes or symptom update, considering whether your current remedy is still acting, and providing brief written guidance by email.

Once your completed form has been received and your review has been purchased, Donna will read through your notes and send brief written guidance by email.
